How I Manifested Better Health and Rediscovered the Joy of Eating Fresh Fruit

Hello Beautiful You, I am excited to share how I manifested better health and rediscovered the joy of eating fresh fruit again and even nuts for myself. 

It's such a blessing.  Before having little ones (now teens), I could easily enjoy eating certain foods but then that changed.

There was a time when something as simple as enjoying a fresh, juicy piece of fruit was way out of my reach.

My body was in a state where even the thought of biting into a ripe peach or savoring a handful of berries felt impossible.

I wasn’t just dealing with physical limitations but an emotional and mental barrier that kept me from believing I could reclaim this small joy.

Yet, through a mix of listening to my intuition, praying, visualization techniques, practicing gratitude for others, and taking proactive steps, I manifested better health and rediscovered the pleasure of eating fresh fruit again.

Here's how it all came together.

Listening to My Intuition

One of the most profound changes I made in how I manifested better health was learning to trust my intuition. At times, we become so focused on external advice from doctors, specialists, and even well-meaning friends and family, that we forget to tune into the messages our own bodies are sending us.

I had spent years managing my condition and had built a toolbox of strategies for coping, but my gut was telling me that it was time for a different approach.

I noticed that whenever I was quiet and really allowed myself to listen, my body hinted at what it needed. Sometimes it was rest, other times it was more movement or different foods.

I realized my body wasn’t just reacting negatively to fresh fruit out of some inherent problem—it was more complex. My intuition nudged me to dig deeper and ask why.

This internal guidance led me to believe that my body could heal, and that my intolerance to my favorite fruits and nuts could change if I approached it with the right mindset and support.

So, I decided to honor that instinct and explore new possibilities. I became more mindful about what I ate, how I felt, and how I approached my health. This was a key step in unlocking the next phase of my healing.

Visualization as a Healing Tool

I manifested better health by tapping into my intuition, I incorporated visualization into my daily routine. I started to imagine what it would feel like to eat fruit again without any adverse effects.

I visualized myself enjoying a bowl of fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and eating my fave...a plum or peach with all of the juices running down my hand and other fruit like watermelon. 

In my mind’s eye, I focused not just on the act of eating fruit but on how my body would respond—healthily, happily, without any discomfort.

The power of visualization is more than just wishful thinking. It creates a mental blueprint for what you want to manifest in reality. By consistently visualizing positive outcomes, I was training my mind and body to expect healing, rather than bracing for a reaction.

I even took it a step further by visualizing my immune system getting stronger, functioning in harmony with the food I ate. I imagined my body processing fruit with ease, absorbing the nutrients, and being nourished by it. These visualizations became a daily practice, helping to shift my mindset from one of fear and limitation to one of possibility and health.

Watching Other's Enjoy Eating Fruit

Another important element in my manifestation journey was the way I reframed my relationship to other people’s health successes. When I saw someone else eating fruit, something I once couldn’t do, I didn’t allow jealousy or frustration to take over. Instead, I made a conscious effort to be genuinely happy for them.

I would watch happily as my family enjoyed fruit like watermelon or indulging in a smoothie.  I was genuinely happy for them and inserted myself as being able to do the same one day.  And I was able to.  It took some time but it eventually happened. 

I believe that by celebrating others being able to do something, you energetically align yourself with similar outcomes. This practice wasn’t always easy, especially in the beginning, but over time, it became a natural part of my mindset.

I would see someone enjoying fruit and think, “I’m so glad they can do that. And one day, I will too.” This shift allowed me to stay in a positive space, rather than getting bogged down in negativity or feeling like I was stuck in a cycle of deprivation.

Being happy for others kept me in a state of gratitude, which is a powerful force in manifesting. Gratitude helps you stay focused on abundance rather than lack. As I expressed joy for others, I found myself increasingly hopeful that my healing was not just possible but inevitable.

Taking Action: Restarting Immunotherapy and Incorporating Cleansing

While mindset and energy work are incredibly powerful, they must be paired with action. Manifestation isn’t just about thinking positively—it’s about aligning your actions with your intentions.

How I manifested better health was restarting immunotherapy. I had previously undergone treatments to help balance my immune system, but after some time, I had stopped. When I began to hear my intuition guiding me toward taking concrete steps,

I realized that restarting immunotherapy was a critical part of my healing journey. So, I made the decision to resume treatment, trusting that this would help restore balance in my body. 

I started back in 2021 and I am glad that I did.  It has truly helped my body become immune to the local pollen especially tree pollen so that I can eat the fruit that grows on trees. Yess, a full-circle moment! 

In addition to immunotherapy, I began incorporating regular cleansing every few months. Cleansing allowed me to reset my system, eliminate toxins, and create space for healing.

I use an intestinal cleanse that I love but I try to use it over the weekend and ensure that I stay close to the bathroom. Haha. 😂  No going to the movies or major events.  Additionally, in 2023,

I also incorporated a product by Dr. Amy Myers called Leaky Gut Revive that I try to use every day.  I found that it helped to realign my gut in a major way.  I believe when I use to take so many antibiotics in the past due to ear and sinus infections, the antibiotics did a doozy on my gut.  

As I moved through these treatments and cleanses, I could feel my body responding positively. My energy levels improved, my digestion began to balance out, and slowly but surely, I noticed a shift in my ability to tolerate fresh fruit.  I am so thankful to God for that.

The Result: Embracing Fresh Fruit with Gratitude

After months and months of listening to my intuition, visualizing my goals, practicing joy for others, and taking action through immunotherapy and cleansing, the day finally arrived when I could eat fresh fruit again.

I started small, with just a few bites here and there, a few sips of smoothie here and there and eventually, I was able to incorporate fruit back into my diet without any issues.

I remember the day that I could drink a large smoothie with no issues.  I was so thankful and overjoyed.  I remember being able to eat a plum again. I said to myself, wow, I manifested this moment!

I also started to incorporate nuts and cashews into my diet.  I again was overjoyed when I could have nuts and did not feel the effects of any intolerances.  

The joy I felt was indescribable. It wasn’t just about the fruit—it was about the journey I had taken to get there. I learned so much about my body, my mind, and my spirit along the way. I had learned patience, resilience, and the power of trusting in my body’s ability to heal.

Trusting the Process of Manifesting Better Health

Manifesting better health isn’t about quick fixes or shortcuts. It’s about trusting the process, listening to your intuition, and taking aligned action. Whether you’re struggling with food sensitivities or any other health challenge, remember that your body is capable of healing.

It requires time, patience, and the right combination of mindset and action, but it is possible.  Trust that God and the Universe are supporting you and guiding you every step of the way. 

If you’re on a similar journey, I encourage you to listen to your intuition, use the power of visualization, celebrate the health of others, and take action when it feels right. Healing is a personal and unique process, but with faith and perseverance, you can manifest the vibrant health you deserve.
